Karen Lin
Product and Engineering

Karen has a record of launching b2b and consumer products at startups and public companies. She has architected and built scalable technology solutions used across multiple countries for measuring patient safety in hospitals, managing contract compliance, and improving quality of workforces. She represents Emotivo in the Boost Founder Fellowship of Company Ventures, and in the NY Healthcare Entrepreneurship Community Challenge affiliated with Northwell Health and Hofstra University. She has participated in Facebook’s fbFund Rev incubator.

Louis Gutierrez, PhD
AI / Machine Learning Advisor

Dr. Gutierrez has built Machine Learning models for detecting fraud, reducing racial bias, personalizing fitness regimens, and more at various startups, seeing some through acquisition to publicly traded companies. He received a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from RPI. He was an NSF GK-12 fellow, Mickey Leland Energy fellow, and recipient of CHCI (Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute) scholarship for Latinx leaders.

Jorge R. Petit, MD
Clinical Advisor

Dr. Petit is a board-certified Adult, Community and Public psychiatrist and healthcare executive leader with over 30 years of focused attention on innovation and healthcare transformation for those most in need and vulnerable. He has been at the helm of many organizations, including Services for the UnderServed (S:US), Coordinated Behavioral Care (CBC), Beacon Health Options, Quality Healthcare Solutions, as well as former Associate Commissioner for the Division of Mental Hygiene in NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene. Dr. Petit is an active member of SAMHSA’s Center of Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) National Advisory Council and on many committees and boards in government and non-profits, promoting social justice action-oriented approaches to increase access to health, behavioral health, and social needs.

Lois Onyeajam
Business Advisor

Lois has over a decade of experience working in managed care, accountable care, and supporting business process organizations. She has managed projects around implementing new plan requirements, conducted improvement efforts around building operational effectiveness, and led projects around engaging specific populations of members to improve access to and utilization of preventative services. Her primary interest is in using technology to support healthcare delivery to older adults as it relates to physical and behavioral health. This is with the aim of enabling payers to realize better value for dollars spent, and helping patients to optimize their wellness for as long as possible.
Lois is a 2024-2025 Harvard Medical School HealthTech Fellow.

Stephanie Rosso, PhD
Clinical Advisor

Dr. Rosso has 20+ years as a clinical psychologist. She has spent much of the last decade at UCSF optimizing the EHR to reduce documentation burden on mental health providers, and supervising her team on quality of care. She is a passionate advocate for social justice and wants to help providers focus on delivering services more than documenting and meeting regulations.

Eric Park
Technical Advisor

Eric is a seasoned entrepreneur and hacker — his most recent endeavors include Quest Visual, creator of the real time language translation app Word Lens, which was acquired and integrated into Google Translate, and Cadence, a YCombinator (W20) startup that helped remote teams build rapport. He is currently CEO of a machine learning infrastructureprovider.
